In addition to being an author and commentator, I’m also a washed up, old school, small fish in a small pond rockstar from my days living Northern California. I was a singer/songwriter and actually made money for about 6 years singing in Rock/Pop and Funk bands. From that experience comes these two music videos. If you like them enough, I’ll make some more
music!

First up is “So Steady, So Clear” which is my response to getting a phone call from my first love after being separated for some time. He called just to check in and let me know that he hadn’t fallen off the edge of the planet. But I fell in love all over again. To him, I imagine, it was just a phone call to a freind, but to me it was more like this:

Next up is a song I wrote about falling in lust with a fellow performer in the little town where I was a little rock star. He was certainly a magnificent fellow with a lot of tallent that I later learned was STR8 as an arrow! Well, no matter, I still liked him and admired his talent a
great deal. However the fantasy love affair I was having, evidently all by myself, was over. I ended up singing in one of his bands for a short while and had a LOT fun while it lasted. You know, he’s an alright guy in my book, even if he IS a Str8 guy! However, before I found out he was str8, I couldn’t figure out why he wasn’t into me. I’m “Qualified”, Dammit!
